The "U-Fest," a youth festival organized by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure to bring the entertaining world of transportation closer to young minds, took place in Trabzon on January 25-26. On the second day of the festival, the Director General, Ahmet Gülşen, participated in activities at the Atatürk Cultural Center of Karadeniz Technical University.

During the event, Director General Gülşen talked about the historical development of roads, providing insights into the history and activities of the General Directorate of Highways. Highlighting the decrease in traffic accidents with the initiation of divided road projects in the early 2000s, Gülşen emphasized the significant time savings and changing habits of people. He also underscored the substantial improvements in the transportation sector with the increase in divided roads.

Director General Gülşen offered advice to students, urging them to engage in career planning and set clear goals for themselves.
