Gölbaşı City Pass
The 3.6-kilometer section of the Ankara-Konya Road has been expanded to create a 2x3 lane configuration, and a 967-meter-long underpass bridge was designed with a diaphragm wall, including 490 meters of it enclosed within a tunnel section, specifically for the Gölbaşı city passage.
With this project, the underpass bridge ensures uninterrupted traffic flow for the Ankara-Konya Road that passes through the city center of Gölbaşı. Separating urban and transit traffic eliminates the stop-and-go waiting due to traffic congestion, leading to fuel savings and a significant reduction in exhaust emissions.
The improvement works have elevated the standards in the 3.6-kilometer section, providing uninterrupted, safe, comfortable, and fast transportation.
