İnece District and Ürünlü Village Variants
The İnece District and Ürünlü Village Variants of the 11 kilometers between the 9th and 20th kilometers of the 47.5-kilometer Edirne-Kırklareli Road were completed in 2020 and opened for service.
The existing road with low standards and a surface coating that passed through the district and village centers has been transformed into a divided road that passes through the settlement points.
With the project, traffic safety for lives and property has been ensured along the route, contributing to the economic, cultural, and social development of the Edirne and Kırklareli provinces. In addition, the existing 12 kilometers of road with an Average Daily Traffic (ADT) of 3,652 vehicles has been reduced by 1 kilometer. The travel time on this section has been reduced from 15 minutes to 5.5 minutes, providing savings in time and fuel.
