Ordu Ring Road
The first section of the Ordu Ring Road, covering 10.7 kilometers of the total 21.4-kilometer project, was opened on March 3, 2019. This project was designed to ensure the safe and comfortable flow of heavy traffic in and around Ordu while diverting transit traffic outside the city, allowing for more convenient and faster city travel.
The city center passage of Ordu, which used to take 40 minutes, has been reduced to 10 minutes with the project. By separating transit traffic from local city traffic, traffic congestion in the city center has been relieved.
